With the assistance of our engineers in defining Tender Specifications

Using materials best suited to the application, whether thermoplastic or rubber, and transforming them via the most appropriate technology, either  injection moulding, extrusion or extrusion blow-moulding.

Developing specific materials for each application which will meet requirements of each component at the lowest possible cost. To achieve this, we have an R & D lab with a team of technicians with over 20 years of extensive experience.

Using FEA tools (Finite Element Analysis) to calculate the characteristics of the component and  see if it meets the specified requirements without the need to manufacture and test physical parts, thus reducing development costs and time and avoiding unnecessary changes during design phase.

Integrating functions and facilitating their assembly by incorporating elements such as quick fit connectors, resonators, anti-rotation valves, pressure switches, temperature sensors, etc.

Testing the components with our laboratory equipment to confirm compliance with the requirements before sending them to our customers
